My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received anything?Updated 23 days ago

If your package is marked as "delivered," but you haven't received it, please let us know within 5 business days. After this period, we can no longer be held responsible for the loss, as the insurance will no longer be valid.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages if DPD indicates they were left at the door or around the house.
Packages that are not picked up at a service point or returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a €15 fee.
